We have tried to go to our local Popeyes a few times since it has been opened. Every time it has been a very weird experience or down right terrible. The first time, we tried to go through the drive thru when a wing special was going on. I waited for 10 minutes probably to place my order. No big deal. After I got to the speaker, the guy acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. He didn't know what deal I was referring too. That is NOT the point of this conversation however. Went on a weekday at 4pm. No cars in parking lot or drive thru. Full staff on cell phones. Told me 15 minutes then when I drove around to pay she said nothing was THAWED! Asked if we could pick it up in an hour and she said "we don't do that"?? 3rd time here in 2 weeks and a mistake every time.

I was excited to go to Popeyes in Greeley again, but when I placed my order of a chicken sandwich and water, I was shocked when she told me that it would cost me $1.74 for water since they don't have plastic water cups any more. I would have to use the soda cup. $1.74 cents for a glass of water at Popeyes. That stinks. Sandy, Windsor, CO

They need be shut down. Always get your order wrong, bring you food you never eat like they mac n cheese, hungry too yes it upsetting

Great taste, bold flavors! Popeyes never disappoints when it comes to flavor! The staff was polite and handled the crowd well. Overall, a solid fast-food experience for anyone craving bold flavors and comfort food with a Southern twist. Will definitely visit again!
