I placed my order at 5:02 and I went to the counter at 5:15 15 minutes after I ordered a 2 Spicy Chicken Combos. That was after went to the counter to complain.

Disappointed. Cost too much for the quality of food there. Really has gone down hill. And don’t order the chicken tenders because they are thin and tiny and way over cooked. And if you do eat there pls check your food first because they don’t get your order right.

I’m not sure if Akeria wanted to come to work today but she was extremely rude. I got half way home and realized my additional side of red beans and rice was not in my bag so I returned to Popeyes. Upon informing her that I didn’t have my item, she yelled for the item and shoved it out the window. I said ”thank you” and she responded by rolling her eyes and shutting the window. I’ll be calling corporate as well.

Pathetic when you've been told it will be a 30 minute wait on CHICKEN at a chicken place with almost no other customers in line or in the drive through. Someone needs to be fired for gross neglect of basic duties!!!

They never have mild tenders after 7pm. Several visits and each time "it'll be 7 minutes on mild tenders". Always longer than that. Sometimes have to go in. Today it was "it'll be 20 minutes on mild tenders". It's like they want you to drive off. Food is great. Just can't get any.
