Waited in line 20 mins, then asked to pull up, no problem but they forgot we were out there. Then another 20 mins. Get home and check the food and it was disgusting. Check the pic of the chicken sandwich.
Got to be the worst Popeyes in Jackson. Never had anything but trouble there. Terrible service. Out of chicken or something else stupid. I’ll never go back. Stay away
Assaulted in the drive thru by a crappy employee who had a lousy attitude and was rude as hell, told you I DID NOT WANT MY ORDER and you HAVE GIVEN NO REFUND, I DID NOT get the order I paid for, trying to reach your regional manager and he clearly gave a bogus number that we’ve been calling for two weeks. I want my refund for being assaulted by your employee

Service was super slow and they did not seem to care folk were waiting 20+ minutes for their order.
