I waited a half hour after ordering to get my food, still managed to get the wrong order, and it was cold
Ordered online at 5:30 for pick up at 7 for my daughter's birthday. First time trying Popeyes. First it showed 2 locations at the mall which was incorrect. Then my order was not ready! They said it would be 10-15 minutes! The chicken better be to die for! My food was finally ready at 7:20. The spicy chicken was delicious! The large side of cole slaw was delicious as well but barely enough for 4 people and the biscuits were heavenly. So, lesson learned, don't order ahead just go and wait.
I usually order from here once in a while, but I won’t be doing that anymore. I’m not usually one to have a bad experience but what I just experienced was super unprofessional. I work inside the mall where this Popeyes in located. I ordered a three piece, And when my flu was brought back to me, there was only two. Cashier with multicolored braids, very rude and unfriendly can’t understand why a manager would have someone like that, I greeted her with a hello and a smile, and she put it into that quickly. Food was good though.
