CUSTOMER manager is very rude, employees need to be trained in customer service, White female manager needs to be trained in conflict resolution, slow service during lunchtime. rude manager, cursing under her breath at customers. dirty under the service area, lots of used paper and other stuff on counter, restrooms smelly and filthy, it was better before they rebuilt it. very bad service
Extremely dissatisfied customer Ordering from Popey's was the worst customer experience of my life. I waited 46 minutes for my order of a 10-piece (5 spicy, 5 mild) chicken package and four sides. Popeye's is the new to go place! The food here is very good..Not your typical fried chicken place..There is also fried shrimp on the menu which is perfect! And they have tasty gumbo too!
Great Chicken We love Popeye's Chicken in Woodstock. The chicken is always fresh and tastes great. We have gone places that their chicken tastes like fish or old oil. Popeye's is great.
If you want hot food eat elsewhere! Very slow service and the majority of the time they get your order completely wrong. The people working there also do not know how to use the credit machine because they always end up having to do the transaction manually which slows he already slow service down more. By the time you get to eat your food it is cold.
