Today was my first time ever visiting a Popeye’s, and not only was the food great but the service was incredible. I had placed an order online and had forgot to add a few items, and yet the staff took care of me with understanding and quickly made the items. Additionally, one of the staff named Miguel paid for the extra item due to it being my first time at the establishment. Best Popeyes on earth! Miguel was extremely nice and went over and beyond!
When we came through the drive through,a female that was on the drive through taking orders was being very hostile & rude towards us & when we came in popeyes to get their name,everybody had attitudes & both of these employees in the pictures below were being very prejudice & the worker in the second picture below with the headset was using the N word towards us & I got called the B word multiple times as well
Great place! Staff is always so friendly and food is always solid. Neighborhood great!
Was waiting in restaurant for my food a few nights ago and the whole night crew got into it with a Costermer over a rude women employee in drive thru the employees that was working that night which was a cook and another worker both males started using the N word and saying get the F out I will not ever will be returning to this location ever and the manager stood there and let that type of behavior go on and nothing was done wow I guess people feel that they have privilege
