Can’t rate the food because we never got it. 6 minutes in drive thru with no acknowledgement, so we thought maybe it’s broken, we’ll go inside. In 10 minutes the line never moved and 5 people ahead of us. Someone who was possibly manager/supervisor never got off his cell phone, and put maybe two items in bags. Always a issue
We went to the Indiana County PA location on Sunday, the woman behind the counter was so rude it was disgusting, she was mean and just plain nasty, the tables were all sticky and dirty, there was an offensive framed art on the wall saying if you can't be nice get out. What kind of wall art is that, it was an uncomfortable situation, the food was really expensive and actually KFC has better chicken, don't go there to eat, no one deserves to be treated like that
Food was not fresh it was cold and the order took forever I am disappointed ☹️ will try Canes going forward… also missing biscuit in the order as well and they had no coleslaw
