The young lady who is the manager here is outstanding. If Popeyes had any sense this woman would be a regional manager
Drove 40 min to this place Worst customer service manager she is rude the Indian girl and they out of stock on almost everything on top of that I’m missing item from my order I’m pissed off that night crew needs to get fired
Nervous to try, because of the reviews, but my meal was excellent. Service was fast and friendly. Chicken and sides were fresh and hot. Restaurant was very clean. The soda machine is complete trash, but otherwise, a really good lunch. Maybe I just hit at the right time, but I find it hard to believe that this is the same popeyes that is in the other reviews
If you want cold food and terrible customer service this is the place for you.
I love Popeyes and they usually don’t mess up my order. They have gotten much better with their service and speed, they used to be terrible. Based on my last 4-6 visits the speed of service has been great & the food is always so good. I only order through the drive thru.
