Tonight my husband and I had the worst experience either one of us ever had a restaurant. When he came home with our food, we were missing multiple items off our order. We had spent $35 altogether for just two meals. My husband tried calling the restaurant but when he said his order was not correct, he was hung up on. He then went down to the restaurant only to be told he was wrong and for the employees to insist they knew it was correct because they packed it out. This was the worst customer service that ive received at a restaurant. We were missing multiple items from our order, so I called the restaurant whenever I got home and the manager hung up on me twice. I drove down to the store and they told me I was wrong and that they had packed it correctly. I was told I needed to drive home and bring the food in to have it resolved.
