I have been here multiple times and since my horrific experiences at this location I literally drive to other cities to go to popeyes. I hate to say it but this is the WORST POPEYES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I once ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me two tenders on a piece of bread. I wish I was lying. genuinely drive 5 more minutes to Yorkville and get your popeyes lol.
Did an online order and went to the dirve thru. It came plout about 5 to 10 minutes later. The speed and getting the food itself was not the problem. The problem was not getting everything that was ordered... we ordered 10 peice family meal,fries,red beans and rice,biscuts,mashed potatoes,cold slaw and 4 apple pies. We got everything except the apple pies. We only got 2 out of the 4 that were ordered and paid for. Both me and my mom tried to call about it and no one anwsered. Terrible Experience – Order Completely Wrong! I had a very disappointing experience at Popeyes on 3439 Orchard Road. My order was completely wrong, and it was frustrating to spend my money expecting to receive what I ordered, only to find out that the order was messed up. There is no excuse for getting an order this wrong. Customers should be able to trust that their food will be prepared and packed correctly, especially when they are paying for it. The food was not ready when I arrived for the in store pickup. However, the order was correct and tasted great.
This popeyes location has to be the worst one on the region. 5/5 times we have waited 35+ minutes for our order. This time I think broke me when I heard another customer mention that they had already been there an hour. No apology from the manager though the rest of the staff was nice just not helpful Cold cold fries no to mention- and the order was missing 3 strips.
