My order was accidentally messed up because I was not given a leg and a breast and a fry from a meal that I ordered. I went back and talked to somebody and got nowhere. They told me to contact customer service. Customer service did not get back to me so I went back to the store and I spoke with Luis who was a very nice manager and did not want to make me wait. I don't know the name of the gentleman with glasses who I believe is managing the morning/early afternoon shift, but I want to give kudos because every time I go in and order when he's working, the food is fantastic and fresh.
I placed an online order through Popeyes Oswego branch it was supposed to be a home delivery order but it was changed to pick up.the moment I realize this, i tried contacting the store but they are not answering the calls my refund has still not been issued
