Very professional
After rain falling all day the day before, our sump pump wasn’t working the next morning. Jimmy came out at 6 in the morning on a Sunday and had the pump working within 30 minutes. I appreciate the honesty from him that the pump was working but we should keep an eye on it for the next 24 hours. He could have easily said the pump wasn’t working and replaced it with a new one that cost $500, but he didn’t. I would recommend Jimmy and Popejoy to anyone who asked.
