Wes did a great job fixing our furnace after it quit working yesterday. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, plus had it fixed same-day. PopeJoy as a company has always been fast and reliable for us. And they do the job right with quality parts. I also appreciate that they send you a text when the tech is on their way along with their photo, so you know who will be showing up at your door to do the work that needs to be done.
