I rented a two bed, two and a half bath townhome. The house and garage were very spacious. Management was very friendly, and worked with me with anything I needed. Maintenance requests were completed on time, and regular upkeep around the community was apparent. The only downside is that the townhomes located by the golf course are subject to rouge golf balls destroying windows or A/C units. Renters Beware Let’s start with Kimberly Schumann (I believe that’s the correct spelling), formerly known as Kimberly Pope, who is Joe Pope’s daughter and the so-called property manager at the specific location where I lived. Dealing with her was absolutely horrific. Although neither my partner nor I had to deal with her until 90 days before our lease expired, she managed to create quite a huge conundrum for herself.
