Amazing experience with Pope Plumbing today. Called to report a leaking toilet. They were not only able to squeeze in an appointment but also gave me some advice until the appointment took place. Chris came out today and got right to work. He found not just one problem but two, and it didn't phase him one bit. Incredibly good service. Can't recommend them enough! My only complaint is that they're so good, they get busy and booked up!
I called based on recommendations and Carly was able to fit us in quickly to fix a leaky faucet right before we were to leave on vacation. Rob was amazing, knowledgeable and fixed the issue no problem. I'd definitely use their services again. Thoroughly impressed!
Best plumbing service ever! Very easy to get a hold of and honest workers! Called 10 other services and was left at the elevator music for hours only to get a quote for $400 that would’ve been scheduled 2 weeks later!! Rob did a lovely job fixing every problem that have risen at my place so far for fraction of the quotes I’ve been given! Very pleased with their service and wouldn’t reach out to anyone else
Can't recommend Pope Plumbing strongly enough. The entire company is honestly remarkable, and a joy to deal with. From the professionalism of Carly on the phones, to Rob's skilled, efficient work that resolves any plumbing issue you need - always a joy to interact with, as they resolve your plumbing issues, with honesty and integrity. If every company ran their business this way, the world would be a better place. Thank you Pope Plumbing!
