It starts with a phone call. Every time I have Pope Plumbing come to my home to fix a plumbing problem, they tell you everything about what they'll be doing. They are friendly, courteous and clean their messes. Always in an upbeat mood. Everything is 100% when they're done. I tried other plumbers before I tried Pope Plumbing, and I will not go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. If I ever get heating problems, I will call them first, based on my experiences with Pope Plumbing for my plumbing.
Horrible service and work
We recently purchased a house and called Pope Plumbing to fix some minor issues. Rob did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. He went out of his way to explain his process and even fixed another issue we hadn't initially contacted them about. I would highly recommend Pope Plumbing to anyone and we plan to call them in the future if we have any further plumbing needs.
Rob came and installed three toilets and taps. He was great, on time, had great communication, and left the house tidy and clean. I will absolutely use Rob again when I have any plumbing issues.
