The staff was rude and obnoxious. When I asked if I would be waiting long for my puppy, I was told now, 2 1/2 hours later she was given to me. In the mean time they fawned over other clients. (I asked because I had another dog at home who needed put out). Most of the staff come across as cold and uncaring. The doctor lacked compassion, even if he was knowledgeable. When I asked for an honest opinion, I don't feel I was given one.

I'm absolutely going to recommend them. The staff is knowledgeable and well-informed. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. I've never worried about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They put in the extra effort to make me and my pet feel valued and important. They were so kind and attentive to me when I recently had to put one of my cats to sleep. Dr. Pope is the best veterinarian I've ever gone to.

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this veterinarian give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

I have been seeing Dr. Pope as my vet for many years and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend his practice.

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

Dr. Pope is a fantastic vet. He may have a gruff personality, but he knows how to diagnose a problem and has been spot on with my pets on numerous occasions. I definitely trust his judgment.
