wow! My Daughter a visiting from Florida and had a valve stem go bad. Pope Davis Lexington repaired it at no charge. I'll be bringing my tire business there from now on!
I wouldn’t recommend my enemies to bring a vehicle here. Maybe a change of staff is needed. Had my car for four days, and j rented a vehicle so they could take their time with my car. On the 5th day, they still hadn’t looked at my vehicle. What a waste of money, time, and everything i can think of. And the employees have the balls to have on a Michelin Tires shirt. Well just want to to say thanks alot. you guys have ruined my Daughter's car. a car less than 5 years old is now needing an engine due to your poor work. how did you destroy this car ? $2100. later and now it's at another mechanic shop and not worth fixing. And it is from your work. I knew when I had to come have it towed the way you guys installed the $1400 turbo with what appears to be something you found around the shop I should've known then to hire a lawyer. I highly recommend that you take your car anywhere but the Pope Davis, Lexington location. We know that we all make mistakes & we are big believers of grace. We believe in giving people the opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, their interest is not in doing the right thing, at all. 😔 The Manager, David is very dishonest & does not do what he says he will. We ended up paying over $2000 for repairs that were never made after 5 weeks of them having the car! In fact, they caused significant engine problems instead. ... read more
