Anytime I've had any questions or issues, I have been able to go speak to or call Jennifer Haley at the Pope County Tax Collectors office and she is more than willing to help and answer any questions I may have.

I wish there was a zero star and still submit a review. I was simply asking a question about how my wife got a bill from 20 years ago, and all she could say was it is a new system. I asked how far back they could go collecting taxes and she asked, "Do you not think you should pay your debt?" I told her I pay my debts and have for the last 20 years.
