Customers beware! They are rude and will not finish jobs! They didn’t provide us their promised warranty or the pool cleaning kit that was included in our contract. We have sinking pavers and they refuse to fix them. Our salt unit is not working properly and they refuse to fix it. They were in business with our builder Casas Del Sol so we gave them our business but regret it everyday! price was 20 thousand cheaper than 3 other pool builders..all things being equal
I recommended Primo pools to my friend Priyo. The pool was dug today and we'll on it's way. I don't put my name behind any business unless I've got confidence that business is trust worthy and delivers on the commitments. Great company, great people and beautiful product!
Very well planned out, as a waterfall concept on one end, and a spa entry on the other end. We liked the raised area in the back of the pool to add potted plants, or a lounge area for sun bathing. This is a well detailed pool and stone apron.
