****** was very professional AND personable! She kept me informed and walked me through the whole process. I wasnt familiar with POP, so I did some research and found that it a very legitimate business. The ** I purchased was 1700 miles away. POP gave me the security and peace of mind knowing that the unit would not be sold beforehand and that I could cancel the purchase if I didnt like it after checking it out. Steve and Alicia were truly great beginning to end in the entire process of selling my boat. They had absolutely excellent communication and knowledge and were there 100% of the time. When a small issue came up on the day of the buyers trial run my broker had the connections with the local people to get the issue fixed the same day, when normally to get the issue fixed would possibly take weeks due to wait times. I recently purchased a Basecamp 16 through Popsells and it was quite the adventure. The ** was over a thousand miles away and I was on a tight timeline because of a scheduled vacation. I told ****** ***** I would be leaving immediately the Tuesday prior to Labor Day. All transactions needed to be completed while I was en route and concluded by that Friday, it was a leap of faith. I purchased my second boat from Pops. I had a great experience both times. Tab and **** are both awesome. They are very knowledgeable and were very helpful throughout the process. The closing was super easy and they took care of the motor vehicle paperwork.
