I booked them for my ladies weekend got a text a month ago to say they can't do it. I've been waiting on my deposit to be returned. I've texted multiple times saying it will be done but hasn't!!very unprofessional

Pop up scent lab came to our house for my daughters 11th birthday. They were absolutely fantastic - organised, engaging and the kids loved making the bath bombs/lip balms. Highly recommend their business. Best party ever

My almost 7 year old son was really excited for the workshop, but unfortunately it did not deliver. We travelled from Jandakot to the workshop as it was unique, and my son loves science and being creative. What followed was a poorly run and very overpriced workshop that resulted in approximately one cup of "slime" (more like ooblek, I don't believe it was accurately advertised) costing $33! Terrible experience with an at home kit order. Kit arrived missing instructions and half of the ingredients. Contacted Pop Up Scent Lab by email and they sent a copy of the instructions, which did not match up to most of the ingredients I had received. I contacted them again and they advised they would come back to me. Follow up emails have not been replied to. The box has no return address so I cannot send the kit back. Awful customer service and the kit is a complete waste of money as I cannot use it.
