Sold my house through POP Realty. I could not be more thrilled with how the experience went. Joe and Shawn were both excellent. I must also say the photos of the property were TREMENDOUS. We had a number of offers within 48 hours of opening up to showings. At one point the buying agent tried to change the parameters of the agreement. It was handled with class and integrity. So these billboard signs you see from the road state a $3500 flat listing fee, sounds like a deal, then you go to their website and get the whole picture for total cost. Add an administrative fee of $750 and then a 2.5% commission fee, so the total cost of a 400k home sale would be 14k.

I highly recommend Shawn Wilson and Pop Realty. He helped us sell our home this past fall as the market got tough. He was always available, an excellent communicator and a calming presence for my wife and I when the process became difficult. Most importantly, he is very fair and highly ethical.
