Great experience with Pop Pop's Plumbing, on time and reasonable priced. Tom explained all work being done with options/recommendations. Professional and experienced, I have already scheduled additional work to be done. One of the best experiences I've had with home repairs.
You cannot find a better plumbing contractor. Ya might find one as good but not better. We called on a Sunday and Tom answered the call. 3 days later all our plumbing issues are resolved and the price was totally fair. Another great local contractor in Lacey!
Tom was an excellent Master Plumber! I had a leak found thru a home inspection and was very worried, because they didn’t know where exactly it was coming from. I found Pop Pop’s Plumbing thru Lacey Chatter, many people had said he was wonderful and they were right. Fast service, but pricing seems excessive. We called Pop Pops Plumbing for a routine repair, and I want to acknowledge that the work itself was done professionally and very quickly, taking less than an hour to complete. The plumbing was effective and the issue resolved. However, the reason for the low rating is the flat rate price structure. For the job that took under 60 minutes, we were charged $600.
