I had the pleasure of meeting Tom and his son Aiden to replace my aging hot water heater. Tom quickly returned calls, came when he said he would, and fully explained everything to me. It is very clear that Tom takes pride in his work, from his neat and tidy work truck, to the clean worksite and buttoned up install -- even my wife would be pleased. Best local business I have ever dealt with. Fast reliable appointment scheduled. Sent a text 30 minutes prior to arriving so I didn't have to sit around waiting all day. Arrived on time, tested EVERYTHING to decipher the issue and then not only fixed the problem but explained what caused it and how to prevent it from happening again. If you need thorough and trustworthy plumbing service this company will take care of you.
One of the best companies I have worked with. Tom and his son were Timely and efficient and very knowledgeable. Pricing was fare and I really look forward to working with them again in the future. Would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Visiting my daughter n me being anal compulsive cleaner that I am...lol I broke glass shelf in refrigerator n it shattered all over including in her kitchen sink with garbage disposal. Disposal was not working....what a surprise this is my life! So I called Pop Pops plumbing..left a message n received all call back within a few hours. They arrived exactly when they said they would!
