Store isn’t open when supposed to be and nobody answers the phones
I’ve gone in there now twice to ask if they make balloon arches. Both times there was supposedly no manager on duty there and the girls working could not help me with a price or tell me who to call to get a price for a balloon arch. I don’t understand how a Business runs with no manager physically in the store especially if the employees have no information on something that a party store offers.
I called before the store opened today and was so surprised someone actually answered! Employee on the phone was super informative and told me exactly what I needed for my son’s 18th. Both girls behind the counter were amazing and held a conversation with me as they prepared my balloons. Everything was ready fast and looked perfect. Love this place
