Amy doesn’t seem to care much about her clients’ nail health. The first time I noticed this was when she forcefully ripped off my acrylics instead of removing them properly. Went twice. First time I went Billy was really kind and professional but didn’t listen to what I asked for. I showed him the inspo pic and I said it was chrome over cat eye and he insisted it was only chrome and did just that. Shaping was pretty good and I felt they were good enough to give a second chance, especially considering all the good reviews. Second time was a horrendous experience. I came on 2 different occasions and the first one they said they didn’t have time and it was 2 hours before closing .. the next day I came at 1:50pm and they said the same thing and said it’s appointment only but the window and there IG says other wise and walk ins are welcomed ? SO make sure you call before wasting your time this isn’t a reliable nail salon.
