Went twice. First time I went Billy was really kind and professional but didn’t listen to what I asked for. I showed him the inspo pic and I said it was chrome over cat eye and he insisted it was only chrome and did just that. Shaping was pretty good and I felt they were good enough to give a second chance, especially considering all the good reviews. Second time was a horrendous experience. I came on 2 different occasions and the first one they said they didn’t have time and it was 2 hours before closing .. the next day I came at 1:50pm and they said the same thing and said it’s appointment only but the window and there IG says other wise and walk ins are welcomed ? SO make sure you call before wasting your time this isn’t a reliable nail salon.

Billy is the best of the besttttt. I can bring him the simplest or most off the wall designs and he never lets me down! If you’re not getting your nails done by Billy, then I’m sorry you have the nails you do.
