Quaint, little tiny store that it supplies the inner gambler in you. Cute items to look at, but to collect it has to have some restraint.

Do NOT go to POP MART, it's a scam. No refund. No return. No exchange. My grand daughter bought an item and decided to exchange for another one 5 minutes after the purchase. They refuse the exchange. It's not a good place. Miniso is best.

Warning: There are duplicates in the boxes even if it looks like a full set. Do not gamble more than 1 box if you think you’ll get two different types. Employees won’t care. Disappointed there was an unhelpful employee next to us the entire time I was loudly discussing with my husband on wanting to buy a blind box because it was a full set of Spongebob Whimsical keychains in front and we should quickly purchase box by box cause it won’t be a repeat. Poor customer service and inconsistent information about purchases at POP MART Stonestown Galleria. I felt singled out during multiple visits and left without completing my purchase.
