we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. they have a great selection of cute blind boxes, and everything was neatly organised, making it easy to browse and pick what we wanted. the staff were friendly and helpful. it was quite busy when we visited, but i think that depends on the day and time. we definitely found plenty that we liked and would happily come back.
