10 YEARS OF EXCELLENT SERVICE – I have used Pop-Ins' service for over 10 years in my home. For the last 3 years I have used Pop-Ins for move-in & move-out cleans in my real estate business. Don't trust these people! – After about 4 months of average service we received a call our keys had been lost by Pop-ins. We still owed them for their most recent visit (about $115), because the cleaner who lost the keys...you guessed it, lost the check as well. They (pop-ins)said they were going to rekey my doors at their cost. I arranged a call between them an the locksmith. The work was done. However, they have NOT PAID THE LOCKSMITH as of 10/23/07 from a service in May 07 and I am now receiving bills from the locksmith t... read more
