I had an awful experience with pop a lock tonight. I have been locked out of my apartment for 3 hours. I was told someone would be with me within 30 minutes of calling. An hour later, I called to ask the status and was informed that the dispatcher decided not to come- so no one was coming AND NO ONE INFORMED ME OF THIS. The woman that I talked was not helpful, not sympathetic, and did nothing to help me. She just said no one was coming, no one informed me, and that nothing was going to be done to help the situation. Loved My Experience With These Professionals – I locked myself out of my car with it still running and I was embarrassed when I called them to come and unlock my car. I was surprised with how professional they were and how they didn't make fun of me for doing something so dumb. Will definitely give Pop-A-Lock a call next time I need lock assistance.
