If I could give a negative 5 I would. USAA was told I needed a T-O-W truck instead, I waited over an hour for a dude to show up in a wrapped #PopALock van to tell me his dispatcher was confused and he'd tell dispatch to "send a truck" I waited another hour before I called USAA and they had no record of #PopALock calling to say they couldn't do the job and another company needed.
