called Friday and asked if they made car keys and lady said Yes.. Called yesterday and they said that they were booked all day. Called this morning and they said it would be about an hour and that the tech would call me when he was on his way. 2 hours later I finally got tired of waiting and called back. They had canceled my appointment because I didn’t call back “early enough”. I mean really? I’m supposed to call and call until they show up? Is that what they want?
Such nice people and quick service when you find yourself in a bind!
