Dr. POOVENDRAN was professional and kind. My husband has centralcore myopathy and came in for an ablation. With this condition certain anesthesia can be dangerous. This doctor spent a lot of time explaining and letting my husband know he would make sure he had the right drug and dosage that would keep my husband safe. He stayed with my husband from start to finish. We cannot thank him enough. RPH is fortunate to have such a competent caring doctor. We highly recommend Dr Saththasivam MD.
I've never had any problems with Anethesia until I had rotator cuff repair surgery with this Doctor as my anesthesiologist.. I've had over 10 surgeries under general Anethesia and NEVER a problem.. This Doctor made me gasp for air for about 7-10 seconds before I finally fell asleep.. I've never been so scared in my life. This is supposed to be an easy sleeping situation.. I will NEVER recommend this Doctor to ANYONE!! Good luck..
