Poormans came to fix my furnace and went out of their way to move their schedule around to fit me in ASAP. The technician was professional and got it up and running in no time!
charged too much I hired Poorman's for a routine fall checkup of my furnace and water heater. Two came and took 2 hours to do the work, even though they spent only 5 minutes on the water heater, which they said at 14 years old they "shouldn't touch" and I should replace. I had been told the work would take 1- 1.5 hours. They were there 2 hours and tried to charge me for 2.25 hours (though I convinced him he shouldn't come at 8:50 and leave at 10:50 and charge like he came at 8:45 and left at 11).
