I called the clinic to ask for an appointment and unfortunately had a really unpleasant experience speaking with Dianne at reception. I understand that Dr. Cervantes is fully booked and didn’t expect her to accommodate me, but the way she spoke to me was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful, it was very disappointing. I also noticed that I’m not the only one who’s had a similar experience with her. Mi wife had an appointment today, and the receptionist was so annoying, disrespectful, the doctor's attention was great ( Maria Thiui) but definitely the receptionist's attention was awful.
spoke to Dianne,has very poor customer service, was very rude and disrespectful, such a shame that I have to make such comment because all the girls are lovely but this isn't her first time speaking to me in that manner,
