Lovely little bar but very cramped.
Poor Phil’s didn’t look like our typical vibe but it was nearby so we popped in. Sooo glad we did! The food was great and the portions were big. We were pleasantly surprised by a super good cocktail menu, there’s obviously someone there putting a lot of care into their bar program. Our server Lucca was also awesome and so nice. We will definitely be back!!
After moving back to Oak Park after 5byears away, this was a place I was anxious to go back to. I do love the outdoor seating and the inside has a cozy pub feel. My first visit back was marred by the lack of cleanliness. Although the food was still good, the service was mediocre. My waitress never checked on me entire time I was eating even though someone else had delivered the food.
