Great food great service drinks where also great
8/27/25 - The best old fashion I’ve ever had! Excellent. Service was great. We stayed at the Carleton Hotel for 7 nights (attached to the property), and had a night cap here for 6 of those. Are there twice. The food was good and very reasonably priced.
Great beer selection that will accompany your food.
You could walk by and think this place looks like a dive. It's totally not. We met some friends for lunch recently, and had a great time. Our server was attentive and pleasant and helpful. She helped me pick out a beer and gave food suggestions. My blackened catfish po' boy was incredible - a nice creamy sauce to compliment (counteract?) the spiciness; good bread. Extremely slow, rude bartender. If you want a bottom of the barrel experience, like the hotel version of Chicago, come here. Literally a 5 min walk in any direction will serve you better
