Great place to have a beer and relax with friends and the food is great
Phil's is always an Oak Park classic
First time here and will definitely be back. Great beer selection, food we had was pretty good, especially the calamari. Service was outstanding, even though bar was pretty busy. Would definitely recommend.
This place is full of roaches, can smell the excrement and Raid all through the venue. Don't be fooled just because it is Oak Park it is still Lake Street.
