I had Poor Paul's Paving come out and pave my driveway back in Sept 2025. All I had was rock and they removed all the rock, moved it to another location on my property, put down and packed new road base and did a wonderful job paving my large drives, circle drive and garage/shop. I dealt with James who was excellent to work with. Not only did he sell the job, he took personal ownership of it and ran the paving machine that laid down the asphalt. Excellent group of stand up guys. Not often do you find good folks like them in this industry. I needed to level out my parking lot to allow entry to my shop. Out of 4 bids, they were the cheapest and by far the most responsive. Specifically James. He’s a straight shooter and kept his word throughout the entire process. They arrived at 9am and were done by 12. Job well done gentleman. Thanks again
It’s been several years but they cracked my driveway and I agreed to trade for extra road work. Terrible job and they said they’d come back out and never did. They wouldn’t return calls after that. Sorry I ever called these guys!
They put had a competitive bid. The work was done as quickly as the weather allowed and it looks great.
A few days ago, I discovered the PERFECT business to beautify our aging driveway. Not only was it a very worn looking driveway, but we were also dealing with the oak wilt trenching that had to cut across the area. I met James when leaving our neighborhood, noticing Poor Paul's Paving trucks and equipment working on two properties.
