Yummy New Orleans Style Eats My company hosted a weekday brunch meetup with customers at the Poor House Bistro and had a really good experience. The woman who manages the business was as kind and accommodating as could be and the service was great. I had the popcorn shrimp salad and polished off 1 or 2 beignets for dessert which was heaven. The restaurant is actually in a house. Very casual and warm. Blues and Jazz are playing in the background. Right down the street from the Shark Tank for perfect for a pre-game meal.

good spot. it's a pretty good place. the prices were a little high but we went on a sunny day and sat outside and my salad portion was pretty big.
GREAT food and atmosphere I come for lunch and it always looks busy, but yet there's never a line. The food is fantastic. I love sitting outside in the patio area when the weather is nice. I love going back and will continue to.
A great place for blues and Po' Boys I was invited here for dinner, drinks and great blues music with friends. The atmosphere is really relaxed and the music was off the chart awesome. The patio (where the music is) is dog friendly and my pooch got lots of head pats. Great New Orlean's style food - the gumbo was my favorite. SJ Sharks pre game I stopped here before the sharks game for a quick meal and boy was I impressed. They had a live band playing some great Jazz music and the food was great. When I have more time I will be sure to return.
