I contracted poor folks to have a tree removed and the stump grounded. I paid them in cash for both jobs. They removed the tree but after 6 week the stump is still there. I called every week and spoke with the admin person who kept apologizing and telling me that it would be next week. I finally had to put my shed back near the stump and believed it or not as soon as I got that done they showed up and stated that they could not do the job because the shed was too closed to the stump.
