They came out quickly and fit us in through their day when we really needed them. The guys who came out were amazing they helped us find the tank lid and they were really kind. I definitely will recommend them to anyone for how they took care of us.

My husband called Poor Boy Septic Service to pump our tank after others businesses kept saying they would call him back. I told him to search on Google for one, and Poor Boys had a good rating. Poor Boys showed up when they said they would and did the job. Bonus, their prices were competitive and better than the others! Thank you Poor Boys, and thank you for responding to a customer in need. I would definitely recommend this business and will use them again in the future.

These guys are so great. Reliable, on time and friendly. They even entertained my 6 year old with some good septic humor. Haha. They were fair priced as well. I will be getting our septic cleaned by them for years to come and would recommend them to my neighbors.

My mother in law had a terrible experience with this company! Called them yesterday, told them EXACTLY what was going on, and he said he would do the job for $325 but had to dig for the septic herself. Once he got to her house, he got very upset and said that she dug in the wrong spot although she dug where a previous co.pany had dug before.. he then proceeded to tell her that he should have charged her more and kept complaining about how small pieces of grease was clogging his hose up.
