Rachel is rude and insulting. Such a shame because we love the food and place and look forward to coming to eat and drink. It shouldn’t matter if I come every week or once a year. I didn’t realize if you’re not a regular then you don’t matter, Rachel surely made us aware of the importance of being a regular. We had friends that went last weekend and was so disappointed because Rachel was so rude to them we assured them to give this place another try but we were all disappointed by Rachel.
I was sat in a corner next to a mop closet. Before I could enjoy my food an employee decided to interrupt by accessing the closet next to my chair... I excused that one...the next person decided to retrieve a mop bucket and a mop! No excuse me as he rattled my chair by banging the door against me... no thanks to your service!!The attitude of the owner was sorry but that’s how it is!!!
