Unprofessional staff. Paperwork didn't even have a professional header. When I signed paperwork the employee had to write in a place for the signature and I had to add a date because they didn't. The "office" is dirty and cluttered and seems to be a place for the "family and friends" to just hang about and loiter. When I asked questions the receptionist didn't have answers for much of anything and had ME call her supervisor to ask the questions. Employees don't even know the correct address.
