The staff is always courteous. Dr. Eddy is always a friendly guy, he’s busy so gets to business, but always a good experience
I had gone to the ER and was given instructions to see Dr Poonputt within a DAY. I called and was sent to referral. Nobody called back so I once again called and was told to wait till I receive a phone call and to “not call again, they will call me” … once again NOBODY returned my phone call and a DAY has now turned into a WEEK. I’m sure Poonputt is a great Dr. but they need A new receptionist. This is ridiculous, I will go elsewhere to feel like I matter.
Everyone was great. Love Dr Eddie .
