Don’t order from these guys, return process is a nightmare
Ordered an iChlor for $500 less than my regular pool maintainer was selling on sale. Absolutely no issues. Arrived on time as promised.
Absolute horror story. Ordered and paid May 22nd. Delivery expected on the 28th. Nothing showed up. Talked to an actual person on the 1st. Said item would be reshipped Monday. Have been calling all week. You get to wait forever until you get hung up on. Opened two 'tickets' on the website with zero response. Finally got my money back through PayPal. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
This company has an unfortunate returns policy as a 3rd party seller on amazon. Buyer beware!!!
