Outstanding Customer Service! I had an issue with a ladder I purchased a year ago. After one season of use the ladder had small areas of rust. I contacted Poolzilla, provided photos and my receipt. They researched the issue with their manufacturing team and within a day acknowledged the problem. They had already corrected the issue and arranged to replace my ladder at no cost. Instructions were pretty straightforward, easy to follow and understand. The instructions for the liner were for a different liner but , I was able to figure it out. The metal half moon holders for the liner ended up needing adjustment on the metal post cap due to the thick liner lip that went around the wall rim. There weren't a lot of detail on the set-up of the filter, I was able to research online the sand amounts and back washing process. We love the pool and are very happy , we get lots of compliments

I recently learned of Poolzilla from an influencer I follow. Although, what I ordered did not work out for me (Kurt Adler’s Bradley Bubble Bear - WAY TOO LOUD which made me disappointed in the influencer for not sharing that tidbit) the customer service experience from Poolzilla was truly extraordinary. I will be making purchases again to get ready for summer ‘26.
