I recently ordered a new ladder for my saltwater pool from Amazon and after opening the box I discovered a scratch in one of the poles. Worried about it rusting in the saltwater I contacted Poolzilla about getting a replacement. These ladders were on back order but they had a pole in stock and offered to send it to me with upgraded hardware. The speed and friendliness that they offered was amazing and I will be using them for all my pool needs going forward!!!
