I purchased a set of sta- rite pool cartridges. The large cartridge malfunctions. I contacted poolZilla, described the malfunction and sent pictures. They sent replacement filters immediately! In my opinion a great company to do business with.

I order new pool steps for my pool. Once arrived the delivery company had dropped them breaking the corner of the steps. I reached out to customer service via email and within an hour my replace pieces were on way free of charge. No questions no 1000 steps go through just great customer service. They have a customer for life !!!
