My interaction with Sean that Poolzilla was excellent and he provided awesome service.
I recently learned of Poolzilla from an influencer I follow. Although, what I ordered did not work out for me (Kurt Adler’s Bradley Bubble Bear - WAY TOO LOUD which made me disappointed in the influencer for not sharing that tidbit) the customer service experience from Poolzilla was truly extraordinary. I will be making purchases again to get ready for summer ‘26.
I don’t usually write reviews, but after buying a safety cover from Mark at Poolzilla, I felt morally obligated. The guy is basically the Tony Stark of swimming pools — minus the suit, plus way more knowledge about hardware, anchors, and how not to fall into your own pool in November.
