I've called several times to get someone to quote me the installation of new pool lights and a new Chlorinator, even visited their store but kept getting the same BS, George is going to call you, he will be there Monday, Tuesday etc..Gave them the benefit of the doubt given the pandemic situation but this is beyond ridiculous. I would've given them the business but these things happen for a reason...
The OWNER nick is rude. They have NEVER come on time to my house since I moved 6 months ago. They say Monday, might come Thursday. Come for 5 minutes and leave. When I called to inquire the problem, the owner, Nick, answered and laughed when I asked him to repeat my number to me because I asked him will they callme back after 3 times of calling asking when they will come. Place is a little dirty and the service is "ok". Nothing has prices on it and the variety is not too great. I went for Muriatic acid and they were out. I usually only go there because it's convenient.
