Very helpful staff. I came looking for a oring and they were very helpful.
Requested service but was never contacted to schedule service. After calling the Stillwater location, my appointment had to be "routed" through OKC and no one ever emailed/called me back.
I started calling for a part on Memorial Day weekend and was told it would be the following Tuesday. Then I waited a couple days and called and spoke to Lori every day who was kind and kept assuring that Marisol would call with update about part and to schedule labor. They said it was at Moore office, I work in Edmond and offered to go pick it up on Wednesday.
