Service was good in the shop but 3 months to get a quote to get new filter, heater etc. Numerous phone calls, emails. When I actually got a response it was ‘we are working on it’ or ‘COB’ or tomorrow. Finally managed to speak to someone in the phone today. A junior who said she would look into. I have found Josh and team to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any of my pools needs, requirements and repairs. Often having a solution to keeping my pool running clean and healthy.
Great customer service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have contacted them with a issue and they explained in a way the put my mind at ease, to resolve the problem.
