Avoid this business! I recently moved into the area and needed a weekly pool service. Figured since this was a franchise I’d be in good hands. Boy was I wrong. One week they just didn’t bother showing up and didn’t give me a heads up. The next week they skipped me again and said it was because of Covid. I asked for a refund and instead they promised me a credit, which never showed up on the next two months charges.
