Store Manager Nick is so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience at this store buying product or having my pool cleaned. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.
Go somewhere else!! They over charge, miss days cleaning, and my pool is still dirty when they leave. Usually have to do my own cleaning after they leave, if they show up. Their billing is not consistent and when asked they cannot provide itemized receipts or tell you their billing schedule. So many more reliable and honest places to choose.
If you like talking with your sales rep while he's actively texting on his phone and making you feel stupid for asking a question about a product then pool works in highland village is the place for you. I would give zero stars if that was an option
If you're going to advertise that you are open on Sunday you might want to have someone actually there. Doors locked at 10:45am
