I can’t give Poolwerx enough Kudos! Trent was timely, professional and thorough. I’d give Poolwerx 10 stars if I could . He not only fixed my pump in short order but he also saved me a ton of money with his honesty. He saw a leak at the top of the pump and repaired it without being told to. What a joy to find a competent honest pool company……just sterling!
I can not recommend Poolwerxs enough. I think their customer service is unmatched. Any time I have a question or a concern, they go above and beyond to help. The manager, Crystal, checked with me on a problem I had over the weekend, not once, but twice. They’re not even open on Sunday and they have limited hours on Saturday. This same level of treatment has been extended to us over the last 3 years- too many times. We moved here from Colorado and had no idea what to do with a pool.
