I stopped by at 5:15 PM today (Saturday), as Google has their hours posted 9 AM until 6 PM. The hours on their front door, state 9 AM until 5 PM. I submitted an hour change request. Rick and Kim are great to work with! Knowledgeable and timely, the company gets the job done right! I had an issue with a cleaner and they could not resolve it. However, instead of giving up, Kim worked with the rep to get me a replacement cleaner. I could not be happier!

Poolwerx does pool Water Testing the right way, with more accurate digital testing instead of pretending to be able to figure out numbers from Color matching using test strips or how well you can see a dot on the bottom Of a tube. (Tests I can do at home but can’t pretend to give accurate numbers ) Unlike Leslie’s their tests include Borate measurements, which I need to know more Than simple Ph or Alkalinity.
On two occasions, my dad and I went up there to get the water tested so we can diagnose what was going on with the filtration system of our pool. Both times they tested and gave us results immediately, and both methods of resolution given were very effective. Because of their efforts we were able to establish that our filter needed replacement. The young lady at the front advised that it’s more than likely the problem with the filter. She was on point!
