Don’t waste your $100. We knew re heater was out. Called Poolwerx out to provide an estimate as previous homeowners suggested them for a 4 year old Calspa. Service tech happily charged $100 to confirm heater needed replaced then never provided a quote. Husband followed up multiple times. 1 time to store. 2 times to tech cell/text. Zero response. Total waste of $100.
I stopped by at 5:15 PM today (Saturday), as Google has their hours posted 9 AM until 6 PM. The hours on their front door, state 9 AM until 5 PM. I submitted an hour change request. Hopefully they will update this. Update: I appreciate your reply. Yes that was my truck. I noticed there were lights on inside and did go to the door to make sure it was not open. Rick and Kim are great to work with! Knowledgeable and timely, the company gets the job done right! I had an issue with a cleaner and they could not resolve it. However, instead of giving up, Kim worked with the rep to get me a replacement cleaner. I could not be happier!
