Tim from Poolwerx Dubbo was absolutely fantastic. He came out after hours on a Saturday to fix our pump and sort out a very green pool, and the service was outstanding. Tim was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and he took the time to explain what needed to be done. Our pool was back on track in no time. Exceptional customer service and reliability — I highly recommend Tim and the team at Poolwerx Dubbo.
I get my pool in Mudgee serviced fortnightly by Tim. Excellent reliable service, my pool looks great and they have even helped me out in an emergency during the Xmas period.

Excellent customer service , especially from Ash ! Would highly recommend going through this company for all pool supplies they are honest , know their product and friendly to deal with ! Also had a terrible experience with the owner of another local pool supplies company and was very hesitant to speak to anyone but could not recommend Poolwerx Dubbo enough.
