My grandfather has been doing business with pooltown since 1980, and we have been doing business since 2002. She has treated us like family since. Great place!
Lady who runs the place is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Will not be going back and would not recommend them to anyone. Considering how much people spend on pools and maintenance, you would think that they would treat people with respect and want repeat customers. I would rather drive further and give my business elsewhere than ever return to Pooltown.
I have been going to debbie for years. Extremely knowledgeable. Will not sell you something you do not need. My pool and hot tub have been very easy to maintain and have been crystal clear thanks to debbie
I have been going there for years, love the owners. I will never go anywhere else. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. They are honest. Everyone that has given them a bad review probably went in acting like an ass and expected them to wash your feet! GOOD PEOPLE!
Debbie is great! No idea why people have issues with her. Everyone is very helpful and I have never had a problem with anyone there. They even helped replace my impeller on my pump and even replaced my brushes on my sweeper for me for free.
Great place to get pool supplies. The owner is very helpful and gives great advice,
This store is great. Everything is always neat and organized and the staff here is great. I have been a customer for many years now and they know exactly how to fix any of the problems that are out in front of them. I would recommend this store to anyone who owns a pool.
Debbie the owner is a very mean bitter lady that needs to retire ASAP! She even called me a tissy A*S when I returned something! 20% restocking fee. She told me it was the end of the season and that's what it is! I told her if she needs the money that bad well fine but she should consider retiring because I think she takes life out on her customers! I will NEVER EVER set foot in that store again. Terrible service. Lady that ran the place was very rude and denied me service! I went in to get my water tested and she said she wouldn't test my water! I do not recommend this place to anyone!
